Learn to cook Thai food in Chiang Rai, Thailand. Cooking With Ann specialize in different Thai dishes such as Northern, Southern, Issan, and even on special request Vietnamese dishes.

Enjoy learning to cook Thai food in our open-air kitchen in a traditional Thai home.

This process will help our students drill down the recipe and cooking method. Our students will be able to recreate it at home to share with families and friends.

Free Transportation

Free round-trip transportation from your accommodation to the cooking class location.

Farmer Market Tour

We will tour the local farmer market to shop for ingredients and some snacks. By shopping at the local market we will support the local and farmer sellers.

Customize Menu

Choose which dishes you would like to cook. Ingredients can be substitute for vegetarian.

Flexible Schedule

Choose either morning class 9:00 AM -1:00 PM, afternoon class 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, evening class 7:00 PM -11:00 PM

First cooking class and it was great!
Ann is very kind and an excellent cook and her way of teaching is perfect, she leaves you free to work but follows you in every step so you can really learn and practice.
First we went to the market to buy vegetables, shrimps, chicken and fruit and then in her beautiful Thai kitchen we prepare 3 dishes and a sweet: Pad Thai, chicken soup, shrimp’s salad and banana sweet rolls.
The price is good, they also pick you up to your guesthouse and bring you back.

I visit Chiang Rai many times for the nice cool weather during the winter. I decided to stay at Anne guesthouse. I saw that she was offering a thai cooking class and decide to try it out. She drove me and the other customers to the local evening market. I had fun at the market trying out different thai snacks and dessert. We bought back the ingredients to the guesthouse and started the cooking lesson. I learn how to make tom yum krung, pineapple fried rice, and lanna larb. I can not wait to cook it for my family back home in Malaysia. Highly recommend Anne and her cooking course!
